BUNVerificat Exemplary Lovely little hotel in the perfect location for exploring Brasov old town. Great staff from reception, who were always polite and friendly to the breakfast staff who were very attentive. Special commendation to Rebecca who went and sourced orange juice on finding us oldies on statins are not allowed grapefruit. Would happily stay there again.Publicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Christmas break This was an amazing stay very clean location perfect staff very friendly breakfast was good only be a three star was excellentPublicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Good! This hotel is right in the centre. Our attic room was good, with a comfortable bed and a proper bathroom. I would rate the breakfast a six or seven out of ten – no more, as both the variety and quality were rather modest.Publicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Excellent staff and great breakfast Want to make it clear that I have not actually stayed here, i went to their partner hotel residence hirscher a few doors down. They are now sending their guests to the gott hotel for breakfast. The breakfast at Gott is excellent, great variety. My hotel didn’t send me any code to get in, left me locked outside, and never replied to any of my messages, so when I first arrived I went to the Gott hotel for help and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful, she contacted my hotel and found out the entrance code etc for me.Publicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Just perfect To: Ioana, the esteemed hotel Gott manager, and the dedicated hotel staff, Dear all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful hospitality I received during my stay at your hotel. I arrived in Brașov as a stopover, but due to the war in Israel and the cancellation of my flight, I was forced to stay in the city longer than expected. Despite the difficult and unplanned circumstances, staying at your hotel became a source of comfort, peace, and security for me. From the very first moment until my departure, I felt a warm, respectful, and personal attitude from each and every one of you. The professional service, kindness, cleanliness, and attention to the smallest details all contributed to a pleasant and unforgettable experience—especially during such a challenging time for me. Dear Yoana, it is clear that you lead the hotel with great professionalism and genuine care. The atmosphere you create is felt throughout the entire place and reflected in every encounter with the staff, who acted with dedication, empathy, and a true desire to provide the best service possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warm and generous hospitality. I hope to return in the future under happier circumstances, and I will gladly recommend your hotel to others. With appreciation and warm regards, Rami Benhamo June 24, 2025Publicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Great hotel A really great hotel for the price, in an awesome location. Breakfast and parking was also included but you should call in advance for the parking. The hotel is situated right in the centre historical of Brasov. Rooms have AC, are spacious and very clean. Would recommend and stay againPublicat pe TripadvisorVerificat Perfect location We picked this hotel for its location and I have to say I was very satisfied with my experience here. The room was clean, warm, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was really pleasant and their breakfast was amazing. Although they don’t have a lift, it wasn’t a problem for me as I ate so much delicious food while in Brasov that burning some calories wasn’t the worst thing in the world. If you have a car, do be careful as they have very limited parking spaces available for guests and you might have to park at the hospital which is pretty pricey and about a 15 minute’s walk.
